central location comfortable hotel helpful staff
the location was central, so convenient for theatres and covent garden! it was easy to walk to many places. the hotel was comfortable and clean. i found the staff very helpful and friendly.
a slight issue was the limited natural light in my room.

refined stay in central location
central location clean room fridge milk
i found the location really good with easy access to theatres and covent garden. the hotel provided high levels of comfort and cleanliness throughout my stay. i liked the fresh milk provided in the fridge allowing for proper tea making. the plentiful supply of plugs and well positioned mirrors were beneficial.
The air conditioning was somewhat noisy. I was unable to adjust it to complete silence.

really good stay
central location helpful staff complimentary drinks
the location offered easy access to covent garden and nearby attractions. the staff were helpful, providing detailed information and prompt service. i found a coffee machine and complimentary drinks, a nice touch.
The air conditioning system seemed to run a bit cool. I found it difficult to adjust the temperature perfectly.

Covent garden station stands close to the hotel. holborn tube station is also close. lots of shops reside in the area. I found that very convenient .

lovely stay, great location!
hotel cleanliness easy access friendly staff
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Their service was prompt. i also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the fresh milk in the mini-bar was a very nice touch. i especially liked the handwritten note in the room. it.
the air temperature in the room never completely stopped. i wish i could have had complete control over it.

the rooms have high-tech lighting with preset options. the air conditioning can be regulated, but it circulates continuously. windows, can be opened upon request. air is dry, i think they could improve this part. however, the room was very clean.

the hotel offers a varied breakfast with many options. the mini-bar is complementary. it included fresh milk. i found that macarons were offered too and i loved them. the breakfast service and food quality were very good, though the dining area could be larger.
